Our story begins in the 1970s, when people made fashion choices they’d come to regret in later years (orange flared pants – really?). It was during this time that the accounting firm Roger Ng was working for chose to stop offering services to sole traders.
Roger didn’t feel it was right to abandon these clients, so he began working at night to help them. But soon there was too much work for a night job. So Roger Ng & Co was born.
Fast forward to today, and our Brisbane accounting firm is still a family business helping business owners from all backgrounds enjoy the financial rewards of their hard work and dedication. As a testament to our work, many of our original clients are still with us today.

Roger Ng is a chartered accountant and the founder of Roger Ng & Co. From the day he opened the firm’s doors, Roger has stood by his commitment to never turn a business away for being “too small”. As a result, he’s helped sole traders and other businesses grow into multi-million dollar companies. Many of those clients are still with us today.
Although she’s Roger’s daughter, Karen Ng started her life as an accountant at another firm. In 2002, Roger formally asked her to join Roger Ng & Co, and she’s never looked back. Karen is passionate about seeing businesses “win” after all the hard work they put in every day. She loves being able to make a positive and lasting difference in someone’s business.
